Thats just great, I got a Patriot 380 that needs an extrator. $15.00 for the gun which may turn out to be a parts gun now. I talked with them about 6 weeks ago and got my issue resolved but its not related to the Patriot.

Update, they are still up and running and sent me free parts needed to the gun running. The parts installed and the gun is running. I mentioned to them that there seems to be concern they were out of business because of the law suite but they said no, and its business as normal.

Cobra has historically been a member of the NSSF, therefore I would assume (and could be wrong) that they will have robust legal protection. It is interesting that the current Cobra Firearms page does not list NSSF membership, however, the cached page from 4-16-2017 does note membership. From what I am hearing from my friends at Tri-Star Arms (former American Arms), the only way to make a small fortune in firearms these days is to start with a large fortune.
