I'm not sure whether what I'm seeing today (12/18) is what was there earlier, but I think that the organization of what's there isn't bad, and it's easy to find the manuals. Of course it's stupid to omit a list of products and specs, even if they can't sell firearms directly. That should be the centerpiece of the site, not replacement parts.

Big Brother uses tricks like this to track your purchases now. Its all about data collection.
