I bought a HP-22A in 2012 and shot several thousand rounds through it. I noticed a crack in the slide Friday before last. I had to wait until Monday to call CS since they are open Monday-Thursday. I called them when they opened on Monday and was on hold for 3 or 4 minutes before I talked with a nice lady. I told her what was wrong and she asked for my serial number. I gave it to her and she immediately told me to simply mail the slide to them. I went to the post office and the packaging with postage was $4.33. The package went from to Virginia to California in two days. I received the new complete slide in the mail exactly a week after I mailed it even with the July 4th. holiday. They included a package of three slide springs. The little pistol shoots exactly like it did when I bought it new. The only other problem I ever had was with a Taurus TCP. I sent it to them and it took them 7 weeks to get it back to me (and it performs flawlessly).

Always good to hear of the few companies that understand the true meaning of customer service.

Good to hear that! I've never had to return anything to Phoenix but I have ordered parts from them (recoil springs, range barrel, magazines) and the service was incredibly fast.

My single experience with their warranty got me a new gun so my opinion of them is good.

My cracked slide experience is almost the same as osbork's. Very helpful and very nice lady had me fixed right up, and spare recoil springs also! Downtime was quite reasonable, too.
