The surface of the gun looks a bit pitted and it appears to have been refinished; but I have to say that price is certainly low enough for someone to take a chance on it.

I'm thinking that the parts in this auction don't all go to that gun. The cylinder is of a different finish and there appear to be two cylinder cranes.

I don't think there are two cranes; I think the seller is just showing that the crane is unattached.

But this is a concern; it looks like this hole above the trigger has been damaged. Not much to keep that pin from falling out.

well, when I drove out that pin on my own RG .38 it was very tight!!! forced to use a nail for punch i drove it out about a 1/4 inch. then I grabbed the pin with pliers, twisting and pulling i eventually got it out....driving it back in was just as tough too!

it is poosible that some one had a loose pin and staked it to keep it in.

looking at the cylinder, it appears to me that the extracter spring maybe broken. it shouldn't be sticking out like that.

Ferguson...the difference in finish is due to the fact that a steel cylinder finish's differently from Zamak

he took off the "buy now" feature. be interesting to see if this turns into a bidding fre-for-all.

Ended again --no bids, no re-list--yet.
Maybe contact and get it for next to nothing?
