Diamondback AM2 seen in the wild

Postby Flowmaster » Sat Jun 09, 2018 5:00 pm

So the new Diamondback AM2 is out for sale. I saw one in the wild today (at the gun show) and it seemed pretty cool. I hadn't even heard of it until I saw one today. Its a double stack 9mm striker fired with a chassis system sort of like you'd see on a Sig P320.

They ship with a flush 10 rounder and a 15 round mag. Their 15 round mags are the same as the old Diamondback FS9 but with a cutout on the other side of the mag to engage the mag release if the user switches the mag release to the other side.

It seemed pretty nice, but its $325. Anybody seen one or shot one of these yet?

Yes, you are exactly right. If that thing was the only handgun I could get I would make the best of it.
