Here is my Storm Lake Glock 19 barrel after Jeff worked his magic on it. The Cerakote is really close to the factory finish on the slide. As Adam mentioned, when I installed it on the pistol the barrel fit really tight. I worked the slide back and forth a number of times and now it feels about the way it was before. The Storm Lake barrel does fit into the slide more tightly than OEM to begin with, which is supposed to help with accuracy. Hopefully can do a range report tomorrow!

I fired the Glock 19 with the Cerakoted barrel today. Accuracy and point of impact was spot on as before. The top of the barrel hood where it engages a recess in the top of the breech showed a bit of wear to the finish, which makes sense because this area is pretty tight.

Have you ever tried a revolver?

Cool, I really like the .257 and .264 cartridges.
