Indeed. I hate loud color schemes. Sure, I had you Ceracoat my P-32 slide in a subtle bronze, but that doesn't count.

OK -- I stand semi-corrected. Sure, I'm put off by some of these colors, but after visiting the Jimenez web site, I'm considering a JA-22 in one of the more subdued colors, like Midnight Bronze or Cobalt. But what's up with the web site weirdnesses, like "JA-25 Coming Soon" and JA-32 Coming Soon"?

My guess it is due to them not producing JA-25's and 32's for over a year they may be back into production, therefore "new and improved"

I hate the silly colors but it would be awesome if they started making the JA32 again. I have one and love it. My only beef with it is the safety which moves with a very light touch from off to on. The last time I shot it the safety would go on and the gun wouldn't fire. I have played with the safety spring a bit and it takes a little more effort to switch it to safe now. Jeff or anyone else, is there a better fix for this?

I talked to a local machine shop a few years ago about possibly doing metal safety levers but the cost was going to be astronomical. Just setting it up to do the first one was going to cost in the thousands and after that they'd pretty much be able to just churn them out. Still, I thought a heavy/chunky metal safety wouldn't flip as easily and I'd have the option to make an extended safety lever for it.

Besides playing with the spring, there isn't much you can do.
