I recieved this letter from the California State Department of Justice.I had sent a request to the Ca. DOJ asking for the results of their testing of the JA-iNine
Add Mobile Alert Subject: Cascio - Unsafe Handgun Test To: CC: "Denise Tucker" Mr. Cascio: California Penal Code section 12125 thru 12131 provides the requirements for Unsafe Handguns. The testing is described in PC 12127 & 12128. The manufacturer submits any handgun to be sold in California to one of the approved testing facilities. Only after a handgun passes the testing, does the lab notify DOJ of the sumittance. This letter is proof that the gun test submitted by Brandans Arms is totally bogus! How could an anti-gun attornay who has an ax to grind be trusted to submitte an undoctored, unbias test results. Its sad to say the gun snobs eat this kind of ant-gun histeria up! Mr.Saturday Night |
